Plant Heath Care Appoints Distributor in Portugal
EDAF UNIPESSOAL LDA to distribute Plant Health Care’s ProAct® and Myconate® in Portugal.
Raleigh, NC – Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agriculture markets, today announced that EDAF would become the exclusive distributor in Portugal for its proprietary ProAct and Myconate plant health enhancement products.
ProAct, containing Harpin™ αβ protein, is a biological product which activates plant metabolism resulting in increased marketable yields, higher quality produce, increased stress tolerance and improved nutrient uptake.
Myconate mimics a natural plant extract that promotes colonization of plant roots by beneficial soil mycorrhizal fungi leading to improved early growth, better phosphorus uptake and increased yield.
