Taxation
The Company’s ordinary shares are quoted on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and listed on the Official List of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (the ‘CISX’). The listing of the Company’s shares on CISX means that the Company’s shares are not classed as unquoted shares for the purposes of certain UK tax reliefs, including inheritance tax business property relief.
